I find myself thinking a lot about how I grew up in an undiagnosed neurodivergent family. I've thought a lot about how that protected me growing up, and about how it didn't.
Reflection is a core facet of our ability to adjust to changes in our environment. We live out a large portion of our lives on autopilot but a regular habit of reflection can help us identify areas within that autopilot program that could use improvement.
