I offer 1-on-1 coaching focused on designing and implementing a system to help you achieve your unique goals.
My approach is holistic and compassionate. We will work together to build skills that will help you in all areas of your life, not just at school or work. Along the way, we may discover ways that you have been affected or shaped by negative experiences and although I am not a mental health professional I will hold space for that and be ready to offer a way forward when you are ready.
What you can expect from 1-on-1 Coaching:
- We will design a coaching agreement where we clarify expectations and coaching style. This can be updated at any time.
- We will work together to understand and navigate your unique circumstances and develop methods that work with your brain, not against it.
- The focus will always be helping you pursue the goals and lifestyle you truly want, not what society says you should aspire to.
- Beyond just creating a system for when things are going smoothly, I will also help you create and gather strategies to help you when things don't go according to plan.
- Along the way I will teach you how to adapt your system to the changes in your life (both anticipated and unexpected) so you never have to start from zero again.
